I am so happy I found Parcel Monkey. They make shipping a package internationally easy and more affordable than going directly through the individual carrier. All the necessary paperwork, i.e. label and customs paperwork can be printed out ahead of time. All you need to do is take the package and the label and paperwork provided to a local place that accepts package drop off. I can also track my package from drop off to delivery. It’s a fantastic service that I highly recommend.

Guaranteed Overnight? Think again.

Parcel was handed to delivery driver at 1500 hrs but not scanned in until significantly later. Somehow UPS is claiming this voided my guaranteed overnight delivery. Parcel Monkey has refused to stand behind the delivery time they guaranteed. I've been dealing with this for 3 months at this point. I continue to use PM because it is the most economical option available, but I've learned to temper my expectations and to not depend on delivery guarantees, which is most unfortunate.
