Good service. Easy to complete paperwork online. There was a delay at customs which was not the carriers fault. Package arrived delayed but intact.

Package arrived in only 2 days, but was damaged, corner of both documents ripped off. Very disappointed and upset. Not positive I can get these documents accepted here in Reims france. Ups site was "unable to post my complaint." Unacceptable.
