Kudos and compliments to Parcel Monkey

Phenomenal! This is third time I have used Parcel Monkey over the last couple years. I always ship to Italy. This year, I thought I'd give the USPS a try. Over a 4-day period I must have tried 9 times to use their Click'n'Ship online form, and after filling out all the customs and shipping pages, it failed each time. Went back to Parcel Monkey, entered virtually the same info. Done. Printed the labels and headed to their drop off point. I can't believe it, my Italian friends let me know they received the package today...6 days later AND it went thru Italian customs. No tariffs, taxes, nothing. I highly recommend Parcel Monkey.

Really wonderful service. The folks at UPS were really nice, and my package got to its overseas destination quickly and safely. For what else could I ask?

Last year I spent a week trying to figure out the quickest, least expensive way to get a Christmas package to friends in Italy. The package arrived in February and I had no way to track it.
This year, I found Parcel Monkey. EASY! I packaged up my gifts, printed the label and the customs info and dropped it off at our neighborhood UPS store. It arrived in just days, I was able to track the package every step of the way, and I paid less than I did last year and didn't have to wait in any lines.
