I had a fantastic experience. I shipped 17 lbs of ice hockey equipment from Minneapolis to the UK. Not a single issue! I was very skeptical because the rates are SO much cheaper than on the providers (UPS) website. Just make sure you have the correct dimensions for your box and weight. Parcel Monkey asks for details in regards to the goods shipped and then they input those details into the customs forms for you.
I had to swap out my original package for a bigger one and then had to update the shipment details on parcel monkey. I submitted the new order, cancelled my old order and requested a refund. The refund hit my account in 2 days.
