For the first time user, the instructions related to customs declarations related to international parcels leave a lot to be desired. Once figured out, everything else was excellent.

Hidden charges? Or just a bad international carrier taking advantage of the billing structure?

Quoted price and delivery timing was great. Was surprised to see duties charged at approx. $50 upon receipt for personal clothing that was owned by the receiver. The fact the the final courier would not give a receipt for the final payment for my child to receive the package just seems shady.
Might consider in future but need reassurances.
