Undelivered package

I sent a package with this service three and a half weeks ago. They sent me an email saying it was delivered but the recipient did not receive it. The delivery service said to have the recipient look around their house and ask the neighbors, and the intended recipient did but still no package.

Delivery was a bit longer than what I thought but I believe it is due to the festive season and also the Covid situation.
