Scam! dont fall based on the initial quote....

I was quoted $44.13 for shipping simple documents to India, paid for it happily thinking this is a legitimate service...
Recipient was charged Rs. 7500+, more than $100. On top of it another $19.88 was charged to my card, without any approval from me... so my total cost works out to $170 for shipping a bunch of documents. I am very disappointed with this, could have shipped directly with UPS or FedEx for half the cost.
This is really scam
