It got there great. It could be my error but don't feel as though it was... I was charged a minimal extra bit after delivery for weight or dimensions being off but did not have clarification on what was wrong. I weighed the pack a few times and went off the size printed on the box. Either way I am pleased it got to the destination rapidly for less than other choices. I will use them again.

ALL RIGHT THIS IS COMPLETELY RIDICULOUS. WHERE HAS THIS PACKAGE BEEN SITTING SINCE 0CTOBER 28, 2020? THERE IS NO ONE TO TALK TO AND THIS SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE.
YOU PEOPLE SAT ON THIS PACKAGE FOR 4 MONTHS. BECAUSE OF THIS THE CUSTOMER FILED A CHARGEBACK CLAIM WITH HIS CREDIT CARD COMPANY AND HAS ALREADY BEEN REFUNDED.
