The delivery was pushed back two different times which resulted in 3 business days delay. Additionally, I was charged an extra fee after the fact even though there were no errors in the weight or dimensions. However, this was still significantly cheaper than shipping direct with the shipper and arrived in good condition. Another benefit was ease of paying import fees online.

I definitely saved some money by not going through FedEx or USPS but to have another $10.00 charged to me, with no further explanation as to why, seems a bit hinky.
