Damaged priceless artwork. Accepted responsibility and then denied liability. Avoid.

Damaged professionally packaged parcel with rare artwork. Retained it and called to ask if it should be disposed of. Then wrote “report” denying any claim before one was even made. Avoid.

Fair pricing that was a much better value than the retail price I was quoted at the UPS store! It was really convenient to print the label at home and then drop off the package locally for shipment. My friend received their package quickly and in perfect shape. Thanks so much!
