Not acceptable

Package was supposed to be delivered in 2-days and it took 7 days. I paid premium express service and they have refused to adjust the price. I will never use UPS again. It is unacceptable for a big company like UPS. UPS did not pick up the package for 3 days. I have not done anything wrong. They did. I get stuck with the big bill and they did not render the service they sold me.

NO COMMON SENSE, DAMAGED PARCEL

Although the package DID arrive and was not lost like the former TWO boxes, the parcel was handled roughly, box arrived smashed and contents broke (despite wrapped in bubble wrap and secured snug in box) and spilled all over the other items. Contents clearly described. Should not need to write FRAGILE all over package that contains food. Common sense.
