Not On Time, but good service

The Express Envelope was delivered 2 days late. Shipped on a Monday for Wednesday delivery, but wasn't delivered until Friday. UPS updated their tracking with accurate information. UPS on-line tracking did not explain the delay.

The package was delivered on time and the shipping rate was much less than if I had gone to UPS directly. I also had confidence that the pakage would not get lost in the mail.
