i recently shipped 3 boxes from CT to Austin TX. my pkgs arrived in a timely manner and undamaged. however, the previous week, my son sent 6 pkgs to the same address and one pkg is still missing and 2 were heavily damaged with the contents broken and strewn all over the apartment complex mailroom. not worth taking a chance again!
