Convenient to use at home & drop off packages.

I appreciate being able to check pricing, print labels & drop off at a nearby location. It's almost always cheaper than the other options I look at. I just sent a package of graduation cookies to my great nephew in Florida. My niece sent me a picture of the package, it looked like an accordion! Squashed! However, she said only 1 of 24 cookies got crunched! So, overall, we are pleased with the service, accidents w/ packages getting damaged happens. This is the first time for us in the ~ 3 years we've been using this site....Glad it was only a cookie!

Used Parcel Monkey for the first time after getting a quote at the UPS store. Saved more than half the price and it was easy to setup and use. I'll be using thme whenever I have to ship something.
