I have used the monkey 2 times now and both experiences have been great. Save a good amount of money, easy to use and never had any issues getting my things shipped. I will continue to use. Good Service

Of the 3 packages I shipped, one of them had split (including the tape), and I got an additional charge due to either the dimensions or weight being wrong, despite double checking everything. Those might not have necessarily been the courier's fault, so I only docked 1 star/banana. Other than those issues, I'm satisfied with how it went.
