We booked this service to send a box to our customer in Delaware - it made it Pennsylvania before being returned to us received 5/20/2026. This is the 3rd bad experience in as many weeks we have had and it has cost us dearly.

This was so easy and by far the cheapest option to ship a huge duffle bag back from a conference. I will be using this service again.
