UPS and Parcel Monkey is a scam

UPS and Parcel Monkey denied paying the insurance after a cleanly crushed box and contents were delivered to my customer. I even had 3 layers of bubble wrap big and small plus wads of paper protecting my product. They ask for pictures, I gave them over a dozen and still deny my claim!!!
