Careful delivery

My mother in law received her present today and was very satisfied with her gift. Which means that it was delivered carefully and not damaged. Thank you for this. It's my first time using this company and was referred by my neighbor.

The parcel monkey address was incorrect but the lable was correct.
I tried sending a notice and it said you all were closed.
The carrier should of gone off the lable
