Incredibly Bad Service

I will definitely never use this service again after this order. After measuring the item and weighing it I dropped it off at the UPS store and was greeted by an incredibly rude employee who snapped that they could not accept the package due to it only being wrapped in plastic and not boxed up. After having to buy tape and tape it myself since it was "store policy not to help package shipments" in the store they finally accepted it.
The package was 54" x 24" x 13.5" plus or minus a half an inch with a weight of 19.8 lbs plus or minus 1 lbs at the most. Imagine my surprise when nearly 2 WEEKS AFTER the package had been delivered that I get a charge from parcelmonkey for an extra $76 on TOP of the original cost of $57 for a total of $133. The reason given was "additional charges for inaccurate dimensions and/or weight". This package was measured and weighed before being dropped off. Someone gets a nice convenient $76 extra(I assume parcelmonkey pocketed it).

Package showed delivered to a location over 35 feet from house or residence and buyer never found it.

Parcel arrived on time and in fine condition. Just be a bit patient with tracking. Lagged a bit.
