This was my first time to use ParcelMonkey. I liked the way the site was laid out. I could chose any carrier and I knew exactly what I would pay. The cost was considerable less than if I had gone to the carrier's website and paying was easy with a credit card. Nice service which I will use again.

While filling out original order forms I found instructions to be a bit unclear and it did require a chat or two to clarify things, once I had my label printed and package brought to UPS, all went smoothly and I appreciated the discounted price.
