Unfortunately, UPS lost this package, and I have not received any updates from Parcel Monkey’s insurance team. It’s been over two months since I filed the claim, and customer service has only responded that they will get back to me — but there’s been no resolution or further communication.
I’m quite surprised by the lack of follow-up, as I’ve had a positive experience in the past when a package was damaged — that issue was resolved promptly. I am not using Parcel Monkey anymore until this issue gets solved -
