Book a courier pickup and enjoy cheap international shipping rates.

Our International Pickup service is provided by FedEx and can save you on the cost of package delivery to countries around the globe. This courier service offers a fully tracked delivery to destinations all over the world in just 2-5 business days.

As well as allowing you to ship to people outside of the US for a cheap price, this Pickup service saves you the hassle of having to head to the Post Office and queue up as FedEx come directly to you and take the package, perfect for those who are too busy or have heavy packages to ship.

How do I ship a package overseas?

It is really easy to book and use our international shipping rates for your package. Simply add your package weight and dimensions into the shipping calculator as well as the destination you want to send it to. You will then have a range of shipping companies to choose from including this FedEx International Pickup service.

When you book this International FedEx Pickup product, all you then have to do is print out your shipping label and attach to the box. The additional shipping labels can be simply placed in a pouch with the Customs Documents. When shipping worldwide for some destinations you will need to complete a customs form, we provide this during the booking process for you to fill out, so be sure to complete it and attach it to the box. It should be in a clear plastic wallet or envelope, even a normal envelope marked 'Customs'.  It is also essential to provide a local working contact number for the recipient so the courier or Customs can contact them regarding any issues.

What can I send via your international shipping service?

Shipping worldwide can be a little more tricky as there are more rules on what can and cannot be sent. You can review our prohibited items list, plus you can contact us via your Parcel Monkey account if you have any doubts about shipping your item. We also strongly advise checking with customs in the destination before you send your package to make sure there is no problem.

Customers send a wide range of goods overseas. Many of them will be sending goods they have sold online such as vinyl records, clothing, auto parts, golf clubs and much more!

We are a great solution for people selling on a marketplace like eBay and Etsy as you can use our simple shipping calculator to get the best price for their specific item, plus we can help you send to almost any country around the world. You can also now connect your online store directly to Parcel Monkey or upload a CSV to get multiple shipping quotes via our bulk shipping tools.

Can I track my package with your international shipping companies?

Our International Pickup service comes with full tracking, you can track it via our website using the Parcel Monkey shipment number provided at the time of booking. Any package you book online with us will be visible until it is delivered. As we work with premium couriers like FedEx the standard of the service is the same as booking your shipping direct with FedEx. We offer better pricing due to the number of orders we give them on a daily basis, compared to a customer with one package to ship, and hand over these savings to our customers.

Why do I have two shipping labels?

For this international service provided by FedEx, you will be given two shipping labels. One of these must be attached to the outside of the box. The second label can be inserted inside of your package, in case the outer label goes missing during transit. The text on the bottom of the label to be inserted into the package will say FedEx AWB Copy, Please Place In Pouch.

You should always provide a working local contact number for the recipient in case the courier or customs need to make contact with them. This can prevent your package being returned, so it is very important.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Will you collect my parcel?

Yes, Parcel Monkey will organise the courier of your choice to come and pick the package up from you. When you get a shipping price from our shipping calculator, you can choose from a wide range of delivery companies. Select a courier service that suits your budget and will ensure that the transit times you need are met.

Once you have placed an order and arranged for the delivery company to come and collect from you, a shipping label is provided on your Parcel Monkey account ready for you to print out and attach to your package. The courier will then come and pick this up from your home or work address on the date you have selected at the time of booking. Couriers generally make collections between 9am and 6pm.

  • Who has to pay the customs duty and how?

If you choose to ship your packages with Parcel Monkey they will be shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) which means it is the responsibility of the recipient to pay any customs duty.

When shipping internationally, you must provide accurate contact details for the recipient so that customs officers can take payment of any customs duty owed and release the parcel for delivery. You should provide a local landline number and an accurate email address. Failure to do this can see the package being delayed or returned to the sender.

Customs will contact the recipient and set up the payment with them. Once paid the package can be released and put out for delivery.

You should always attach your customs forms to the outside of the box, so customs officers can easily check the value of the contents and work out the customs duty.

You can find further customs advice here.
