FedEx manages to damage a very well packaged and protected package.

Even though my package was heavily padded and packaged very well FedEx managed to damage the goods anyway. Started a case.

I send a parcel from one US address to another. I used this service and got a good rate at 66 USD. The parcel (a tv box) was carefully weighed and measured by me and accepted by a fedex office. Now they have made an unauthorized charge of more 3 times the original price 146 USD. They claim the box was 16 inches wide and not the 7 as I stated and which was also printed on the commercial box. They refuse to take action in resolving the issue and just claim that it is the fault of FEDex. What TV box on this planet is 16" wide! Very unhappy and surprised that this is actually happening...
