I have used Parcel Monkey a number of times now and have always found them to be efficient and dependable. The Website is easy to use and so is the ability to track your consignment.
They charge a little more than some agencies but their trouble free service is well worth a few extra Euro's.

The courier never collected he package. Nobody notified me. I had to chase twice to have it collected.
