The service was great , the price was exceptional , they just didn't give enough info on the delivery at the end.

I looked everywhere to ship a 3lb item from the US to Bankok and I wanted tracking all the way alot does not offer it or can track it when it gets delivered I found Dhl Do not go to their site to ship I saved 60 using parcelmonkey so it will be what I use for now on thanks parcelmonkey for the savings!
