DHL delivered to Serbia fast and i was informed every step of the way.
They, understandably, charged an additional fee for the customs assistance...
House delivery was excellent, considering that receiver was not at home at a time.
They contacted the phone number i provided and got the issue resolved.
Four stars as price was significantly higher than others on Parcel Monkey.
Top notch service comes at a high price?
UPDATE
Package was shipped 03/16/21 and delivered 03/22/21.
On 4/27/21 i got an invoice for $593.84 for inaccurate "weight or size reporting"
Waiting for customer support to resolve the issue.
