Sorry for Inconvenience.....

I completed all paperwork for pickup and shipment of my package. 3 days later still no shipping label has been issued nor package been picked up. Customer service talks via chat on the computer. No phone lines to call someone. Only answer I can get is; I've reached out to the IT team for resolution, sorry for inconvenience. 3 days now. Same response when I check in to see about an updated status. Sorry for the inconvenience. I'm sure they are nice people, but this is sad way to handle customer service. No one can tell me what's going on.

Easy to use and very reasonably priced. Worked well! Does not have a live customer service person to talk though, so be very careful when entering your delivery information.
