one of two packages late / lost by Fedex...

I printed the labels and taped them heavily on both boxes. Then delivered box boxes to the same FexEx drop off store at the same time. The same person scanned and handled both boxes with no issues. This was two boxes of parts that sold to a woman in Portland via Ebay auction. One box arrived with no issue on Sat while the 2nd one was oddly expected to arrive Mon? Again same size boxes at same store dropped off at same time so that was odd. Mon came and no delivery. Client who won the auction not pleased. Tues was new expected delivery date when calling Fedex. Tues came and went with no delivery. Contacted Fedex who stated the "label was unreadable and had to be re-printed" and it would be there Wed. Wed came and still no delivery but this time they messaged the client saying they did deliver it. Client contact Fedex who is now trying to locate the box. This was a horrible job on their part. We may have to claim the insurance value which is simply pathetic on their part.

I saved over $40 mailing a 50lb box from California to Maryland. From the time picked up on my doorstep to delivery was one week. Easy to track too!

it doesn't deserve one star
this is The worst shipping service I have ever seen.
starting from pickup schedule it was suppose to be July 24 and i reviewed the date several time and suddenly in July 24 they change it to July 25 without notice. the customer service agent told me sorry we cant do any thing, you can submit a report or dropoff your packages at any FedEx location so i had to rent a truck and drop-off my packages even they charged me for pickup.
when my packages arrived it was in a horrible shape, I never saw this level of damage before
Two LED TVs were completely broken
the zip for a page was ripped-off from the bottom and the page is half opened
the shipping boxes were crushed like they were throughout instead of handling, a small metal box inside the package was crushed,
the tracking service is useless, it doesn't show any information at all, all what you get is message telling you there is no tracking events available
