Excellent service and price! This is the first time using service to ship heavy parcels. Both pickup and delivery were perfect. Parcels arrived in 7 days shipped across country in perfect shape. Will not use any other service for shipping parcels, both pickup for heavy and also drop off at specified sites for lighter parcels. Bravo!!

Great service for heavy items

Affordable way to ship heavy items across country. My boxes went from Florida to Washington and arrived in better condition than the box I brought with me and checked on the plane.

Two of my 10 parcel was ripped and all contents fallen out. 3 Parcels not delivered to my apartment but to the leasing office though we were at home waiting for the parcels. Most of my boxes were in bad shape. I would definitely need a compensation for the damaged 2 parcels as the contents too was badly damaged. Unacceptable service by ParcelMonkey/FedEx.

HORRIBLE. Never picked up package no phone no sms NO Service! I never give reviews but this is costing me too much money and time.
