I heard about Parcel Monkey through my boss so I tried it. I am pleased to say that I highly recommend Parcel Monkey for all your shipping needs. I saved a ton of money on shipping my order and could not be happier. Once I paid, I printed the shipping label and dropped it off at FedEx with no issue. I could have had it picked up by FedEx just as easily within a day or two but I was anxious to get the item shipped as soon as possible. Prior to placing my order, I had some questions and "talked" with Khaye online through the chat option (great idea!) and she was awesome! Thank you for a wonderful experience and will certainly be using you in the future!

The entire process - using Parcel Monkey (and FedEx) to ship an oversized package to my grandson in Washington - was amazingly easy. I had initial questions, which Khaye answered quickly and efficiently via on-line chat. Then I dropped off the package at a FedEx pickup location and followed it to its destination. It arrived on time.
And on top of that, the cost much, much lower than the quotes I got from directly from USPS, UPS, and FedEx for shipping the box.
I could not be more pleased with Parcel Monkey, will certainly use it again, and will recommend it to my friends.
