Both pickup and delivery were prompt and efficient. The 70 lb package arrived in perfect condition. Using parcel monkey's online system was simple and easy, and at a fraction the cost had we simply gone to the post office. They were also good with online customer service in answering a question. Would highly recommend parcel monkey!

Completely happy with the service! We did experience a terrible snow and ice event the day of pickup, so they were a day late but totally understandable. It wouldn’t of been sensible to pick up on the scheduled day.
More importantly, the vintage table I shipped arrived in tact and without any damage. Yay!
